Any Gateway that was purchased before March, 2019 will require a software update in order to properly verify equipment.
Please follow the below instructions to update:
1. Connect Gateway to internet and power.
2. Create a new facility (or access existing facility) using the app and add the Gateway.
3. Contact ecofit support - firstname.lastname@example.org - 1-855-380-0123
This update will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. During this time the installer is still able to register equipment to the Gateway.
UPDATE July 01, 2019
Any Gateway with serial code 07-006-##### or higher will be using the newest software version and will not require a manual update. (For example 07-008-00012 would not require a manual update).
