Using the Asset Portal you will be able to gain a full picture of the overall health of the equipment in your facility.
Access your facility page and verify that the equipment listed online matches what is in your facility. Note that the Asset Portal is fully responsive on mobile to aid in this process.
Equipment Has Been Removed
If equipment has been sold or otherwise disposed of you can Archive them on the Portal. This will remove them from your equipment list.
Equipment Is Missing the Ecofit Sensor
If the Ecofit Sensor (Relay, Button, or Tracker) has been lost or damaged place the equipment into the "Missing Sensor" manual status. A replacement sensor will be required if the original unit is not found or salavagable.
Additional Equipment Has Been Added to the Facility
If new equipment (cardio or strength) has been added to your facility and is not yet installed with Ecofit add it as a "Non Connected" asset on the portal.
