The first step to gaining access to your facility network is to create an account on the Asset Portal.
Go to the Asset Portal and select "Register".
Complete registration form and select "Register".
A verification number will be emailed to the provided email address. Enter this code to verify your account.
Once the code has been entered you will be able to login to your new account.
Cant see your network?
This could be a couple things.
#1: Your equipment is not installed with ECOFIT.
Solution: Contact your Cardio Equipment Manufacturer and inquire about getting networked with ECOFIT!
#2: You don't have permissions to view your facility.
Solution: Contact your system administrator and request access. To request admin access please contact Ecofit Support.
