This likely signifies that the Gateway has lost connection.
Verify that the Gateway is connected to both power and Ethernet. Contact ECOFIT Support to confirm that the Gateway has an open and unblocked connection.
A large portion of the network is offline:
If the Gateway has been moved at any point it is possible that the offline units are out of range. Move the Gateway closer to the equipment
Console Update/Part Replacement:
If a console is replaced or updated additional steps may be required to ensure that the Relay is functioning appropriately.
