What This Report Shows:
The Instances of Max Usage report shows you how many times a piece of equipment hits maximum saturation within an hour considering various usage thresholds.
Each model can be expanded on by selecting the desired row. This will show a breakdown of instances of max usage by day allowing you to review any potential bottlenecks in usage.
What are usage thresholds?
For every workout session there is a small amount of time where the equipment is not being used but is still technically occupied. For example, between sets or when the equipment is being cleaned/reset between members. Because of this you will rarely see a full 60 minutes of usage on a piece of strength equipment.
For this reason 4 offset columns have been added so you can review the saturation of the equipment at 55, 45, 35 and 25 minutes.
The per day chart can also be filtered based on the desired dwell time segment by selecting the dropdown.
What is Low Count Cardio?
Low count cardio is equipment that are traditionally only 1-4 per location such as Rowers, Air Bikes, Ergometers etc. These models are included in this report as it is a more effective way to review general saturation for equipment groups with a lower floor count.
