The Usage Summary report shows you a breakdown of how much your equipment is used in comparison to its peers and previous month.
The Report
The report is broken down into 5 sections: Usage Distribution, Peak Days, Peak Hours, Cardio Breakdown and Strength Breakdown.
Usage Distribution
This graph shows you what percentage of all usage for the month was Strength or Cardio. In the example above, 75.33% of the month's utilization data was on Cardio Equipment, while 24.6% was strength.
Peak Days
This graph shows what your peak days are for the selected location. This is shown in comparison to the previous month, shown in Gray.
Peak Hours
Similar to the Peak Days graph, this shows your location's peak hours.
Cardio/Strength Breakdown
This table shows comparison data between either Equipment Group (like Treadmill, or Upright Bike) or Model (like Precor AMT or Life Fitness 95X). The breakdown shows the following columns:
EQ Group
| Equipment Type | This shows the equipment category type, such as Elliptical or Treadmill. |
| No. On Floor | This shows how many of the equipment type are networked in the facility. |
| Daily Usage (h/pc) | Shows the average daily usage for the equipment type in hours per piece. |
| Total Hours | Shows the total accumulated utilization for the equipment type in hours. |
| % of Cardio Usage | Shows the percentage of overall cardio usage that this equipment type had for the month, in comparison to its peers. |
| +/- From Prev. Month | Percent increase or decrease of daily usage relative to the previous month. |
Model
| Model | The specific equipment model name. |
| Equipment Type | This shows the equipment category type, such as Elliptical or Treadmill. |
| No. On Floor | This shows how many of the model are networked in the facility. |
| Daily Usage (h/pc) | Shows the average daily usage for the equipment type in hours per piece. |
| Total Hours | Shows the total accumulated utilization for the model in hours. |
| Diff. From Prev. Month | Shows the utilization difference in comparison to the previous month. |
