Facility 360 Access VS Ecofit Portal Access

The Facility 360 platform is a white labelled version of the Ecofit Portal. All features and workflows are exactly the same and available to either Facility 360 or Ecofit user (permission dependant). The Facility 360 look and feel VS the Ecofit Asset Portal look and feel do not impact the equipment registrations or data collection in any way.

Will a user access Facility 360 or the Ecofit Portal?

If the user is invited by Matrix:

• They will encounter the Facility 360 look and feel.

If the user is an existing Ecofit client:

• They will continue to encounter the Ecofit Asset Portal look and feel.

If the user creates an account before being invited by Matrix:

• They will, by default, have the Ecofit Asset Portal look and feel.
• This can be manually changed by contacting Ecofit Support.
