Availability: Error codes are available on Matrix API connected consoles.

Once a Matrix console has been registered it will automatically send error codes to be viewed on the Facility 360/Ecofit Asset Portal.

Viewing Error Codes

New Errors

Newly received errors will appear as a yellow highlight over the corresponding equipment entry on the Facility Page.

Select the desired equipment to navigate to the Equipment Detail Page where you can view all errors related to that equipment.

By default all errors are set to "Unread" when received. As you resolve the issues you can select the red circle to toggle the error to "Read".

A "Read" error will no longer be highlighted on the events page or equipment list..

The state of "Read" VS "Unread" can be toggled at any time and does not impact the equipment state.
