Ensure the user has created an account on the Asset Portal.
Access the "My Filters" Page.
Select the "Invite User" button to the right of the filter name.
Enter the users email and select "Send"
If you receive the following errors:
No user could be found for this email address.
Ensure the user has created an account on the portal.
This account's permissions cannot be changed at this time.
This user may already have Admin permissions.
