About Sub Organizations

What is a Sub Organization?

A Sub organization allows you to further differentiate your locations and invite distinct location owners. All organizations can have associated sub organizations. There is no limit to the quantity of Sub Organizations that can be associated to an Organization.

What can I use Sub Organizations for?

Sub Organizations can be used to manage your franchise locations or subsidiary companies.

Sub Organization Billing

When creating a Sub Organization you will have the option to either be responsible for the billing of all locations within the Sub Organization or place the Sub Organization billing responsibility in the hands of the invited Sub Organization Owner.

Limiting Feature Access

Upon inviting an owner to a Sub Organization a new permission filter will be created, granting access to the owner. This filter can be edited to limit what features the Owner can interact with.
