Equipment notifications allow you to receive email notifications when a piece of equipment transitions into a Check status.
Enable Your Account
Before you can subscribe to specific equipment you must first enable notifications on your account. This is completed through the Account Settings page:
- Select "Account Settings" from the user menu.
- Select the "Enable Notifications" button.
- An email will be sent to your account email. Select the "Confirm Subscription" button.
- Upon returning to the Asset Portal you will now be able to subscribe to equipment notifications.
Toggle Equipment Subscriptions
- Navigate to a facility.
- Select the equipment menu on a desired unit and select the "Notify" option. This option can also be toggled from the equipment page.
- The next time the selected piece of equipment transitions to "Check" you will be notified via email.
