The Equipment Status shows you the current data status of your equipment at a glance. The equipment statuses are split into 2 types: Automated and Manual. These 2 types are sorted into the three categories as shown above; Operational, Warning and Manual.
Automated:
Automated statuses are used on connected equipment only. Each status relates to the last time the equipment reported usage.
There are three possible Automated statuses:
Good: The Equipment has reported good data in the last 72 hours.
Check: The equipment has not been used for over 72 hours.
Gateway Offline: If a Gateway has lost connection at a facility all associated sensors will transition to "Gateway Offline".
There are 4 possible manual statuses:
These statuses are all set using the Set Manual Status action.
In Service: This the the default non-connected status. If a connected piece of equipment is set to In Service it will adopt the appropriate automated status.
Storage: This status can be used to identify equipment that is off the floor in a storage room. See the article on Storage Facilities for information on off-site equipment storage options.
Servicing: The equipment it out of order due to servicing.
Missing Sensor: It has been identified that the sensor (Ecofit Tracker or Relay) has been removed from the equipment and is in need of replacement.
