NON-CONNECTED, CONNECTED |
All equipment has either a default status or manual status set during registration. For Non-Connected equipment, the default is "In Service". For Connected equipment, the equipment will adopt a Live Status by default.
Using the Set Manual Status feature you can easily change the service status of your equipment to any of the 4 options:
Selecting the "In Service" option will revert the equipment back to default (and reinitialize Live Status if applicable).
How to Set Manual Status
Equipment status is set using the Actions dropdown on your Facility Page.
Upon selection the Manual Status Set option a new window will open. Select the equipment you want to change, then, select the desired status and expiry options.
Expiry Date | Upon the selected day, the equipment will revert to default status tracking. |
Revert status once data is received (Connected equipment only). | If selected, the equipment will revert back to Live Status as soon as usage data has been received by the equipment. |
Select "Next" to review your changes then select "Submit" to process the change.
Reverting a Manual Status
If expiry options were selected, the equipment will revert to default status automatically once the parameter has been met.
If no expiry options were selected the equipment will remain in the selected status. This can be reset by opening the Manual Status Set option again. Select the equipment you want to revert and select the "In Service" status option.
NOTE: This will also revert Connected equipment back to Live Status.
