What Are Records?
A Record is a task or an event that can be added to a piece of equipment on your network. These records can be used to track work orders and maintenance tasks.
How to add a Record.
Records are managed on the Equipment Detail page. A Record count is also shown on the Facility page as a sortable column.
On the Equipment detail page, you are able to create, archive (resolve) and delete records for the equipment.
