What Are Records?

A Record is a task or an event that can be added to a piece of equipment on your network. These records can be used to track work orders and maintenance tasks.

How to add a Record.

Records are managed on the Equipment Detail page, accessed by selecting the eye icon on the far right of the asset list.

On the Equipment detail page, you are able to create, archive (resolve) and delete records for the equipment.
