4b - Tracker Registration On C-Safe Cardio

Registering a Tracker for C-Safe Cardio is the same process as the Relay except for the "Tracker Mode" field. For C-safe cardio, select Relay.

Field Requirements:

Required Fields:

Reference Code	The Reference Code of the Sensor. Required to load the rest of the registration form.
Tracker Mode (Tracker Only).	Relay - Select when Tracker is installed as a C-safe device. Button - Select when the tracker is installed to use movement. (Also referred to as “Movement Mode).
Alias	This is the readable number for the equipment, defined by the facility. If the facility does not use an Alias system then just use a general location descriptor for the equipment (ie. R1T1 - Row 1 Treadmill 1)
Equipment Serial	Usually found on the base of the equipment.
Machine Type	Either Strength or Cardio
Subtype	Single select option based on the Strength or Cardio selection.
Brand	Life Fitness, Matrix, Precor, Etc.
Model	Brand and model lists are curated by Ecofit. If a brand or model is not present in the list a new one can be created using the app.
Equipment Image	This should be an image that clearly shows the type and model of equipment.

Optional Fields

The following fields can be added later using the Asset Portal except for Offset information (Cardio Only).

Condition	The overall condition of the equipment.
Service Status	The current status of the equipment (default is "In Service") Changing the service status will change the equipment status on the Asset Portal.
Purchase Date	When the equipment was purchased by the facility.
Purchase Cost	The cost of the equipment.
End Of Warranty Date	When the warranty is set to expire for the equipment.
Manufacture Year	When the equipment was manufactured.
Equipment Dimensions	The footprint of the equipment.
Station	Whether or not the equipment should be grouped with another piece (ie. for a multi station Jungle Gym).
Add Offset (Cardio Only)	Add offset information for the equipment. This is the total accumulated usage before the Ecofit Sensor was installed. This info should be entered at time of install for the greatest accuracy.
