1c - Locating A Facility On The Install App

All locations that your account has access to view will be shown in the "Your Facilities" list.

Use the Facility Search bar on the Home Page to search for a facility. You are able to search using location parameters: Organization, City and External ID (Club or Facility ID).

 

Is your facility not showing up on search?

You may not have permission to access your facility on the Install App. Access is granted by accessing the Installer Access page on the Asset Portal.

Please contact your Portal Admin or ECOFIT Support to be granted access.
