6 - Tracker Verification

 Note! The process for verifying a Tracker is the same for both movement and C-Safe configurations.

Verification ensures that the Tracker can communicate with the Gateway. This process checks to make sure that the sensor is within range of the Gateway and that it is able to send data properly.

Before Verifying A Tracker:

Ensure that the Gateway has been fully updated. 

The Gateway must be connected, online and up to date in order for verification to be successful.

To Verify:

1. Select the desired equipment entry and select "Verify"
2. Activate the Tracker with a magnet.
3. The Tracker will now attempt to send data to the Gateway. Once successful the "Verify" button will appear.
   1. If the data is not being sent select the "Send Data" button to send it manually.
   2. If the data still does not get received back out of the verification process and update the Gateway. Upon success, re-try the verification.
   3. If at this point the Tracker still does not connect to the Gateway then it could be out of range.
