A Gateway may appear as offline in either the Install App or the Asset Portal. For proper functionality of the Ecofit system the Gateway must be connected to a stable internet connection and power at all times.
1 - Ensure the Gateway is connected to power.
Check that the power cable is firmly seated in both the Gateway and the power outlet and ensure that the power light is illuminated.

2 - Check the physical connections of the Ethernet cable.
They should be firmly seated and not wiggly. When connected you should be able to see link lights on the Ethernet connection point.
3 - Check with your IT and ensure that the required network ports are not being blocked.
Sometimes a gym's firewall will prevent communication over certain network ports. See Gateway Network Requirements for more info.
