Important Deleting a piece of equipment also deletes all associated usage data. This is a non-recoverable action.
If a piece of equipment has been added in error, or if the equipment has been removed and you do not wish to retain any usage data for future reporting, you can delete the equipment using the Install App.
1 - Log into the appropriate Gateway and select the desired piece of equipment.
2 - Select the Delete option under "Equipment Edit Options".
3 - Confirm your selection by selecting "Delete".
4 - Update the Gateway.
The equipment will now be deleted and the Sensor can be re-used for future equipment (if present).
